Connect ERG plays a central role in this partnership, supporting organizations in leveraging Employee Resource Groups as catalysts for meaningful and sustainable workplace change. Through these collaborations, Connect ERG has deepened its own learning and refined best practices, while sharing key insights with other ERGs to expand impact and strengthen the broader community. 

This session, led by Sherry Sims, Founder of Black Career Women's Network, is designed for ERG leaders who are ready to move beyond the walls of their organization and build the external relationships, visibility, and partnerships that fuel long-term growth. Join us as we explore how intentional community collaboration can strengthen your ERG’s internal support, elevate your company’s presence, and create new pathways for members to engage, lead, and grow.
