About Our Speakers

Stephanie Schmidt, Product UI Designer

Stephanie is a product designer for P&G from Cincinnati, OH. As a product designer, she focuses on the visual and interactive experiences for a digital platform. During her 9-5 gig, she enjoys iterating on visual design, researching different benchmarks and UI patterns, user testing, collaborating with her teammates, and talking about The Bachelor. Outside of work hours, you can find her doodling in her notebook, running around the city, and sitting on her deck trying a new local brew.

Jess DeLisio, Manager of Information Technology

Jess DeLisio, a lifelong learner, creative and strategist, is a Manager of Information Technology at Procter & Gamble focused on creating digital products for IoT devices. She received her B.S. in Design and minor in Sociology from the University of Cincinnati. For the past two years, she has volunteered with Fernside Cincinnati and sponsors a service dog through Puppies Behind Bars with the help of her support system. She has recently joined the board of WordPlay Cincy. Jess enjoys spending time with her husband, loved ones and pets, maintaining an 108 year old home, traveling, reading, cooking, doing yoga and championing Cincinnati.

Andrea Baker, Product UX Designer

Andrea has been working at Alchemy for 3 months but has been in the digital space for 5 years. She has done everything from front-end development to UX research.

When she is not at work, she is baking and traveling the world. If you ever need to know a great place for your next vacation, she is your girl to contact.
