In this follow-up to the October Networking and Knowledge session, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Fundraising, Elisha Hill and Jamie Dinwiddie, MS will lead a discussion on what individuals, especially those not in formal leadership roles, can do to be better allies and advocates in their workplaces and communities.
Objectives:
- Understand the mindset needed to confidently make an impact as fundraising professionals who champion diversity, equity, inclusion and access.
- Learn how to listen to your inner self and courageously speak up.
- Understand the process of transformational influence and what it looks like to steward human potential both in yourself and others.
