1.- Tampiqueña: Carne asada & cheese enchilada suiza (green tomatillo sauce) with sour cream, refried beans, guacamole, traditional “tatemada” sauce and tortillas.
2.- Mayan Grill Salmon: Grilled salmon served with roasted veggies, rice, grilled pineapple, lime crema, chipotle aioli, and avocado puree.
3.- Pollo Sabroso: Chicken breast topped with grilled onions, mushrooms, and zucchini, served with white rice and cheese sauce.
4.- Epic Avocado Toast: Well-toasted bread topped with creamy smashed fresh avocado, mixed greens, pecorino cheese, onions, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, egg (Pick your cook preference), and red tomato vinaigrette.
