    Whole wheat bread, avocado, vinaigrette, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, onions, scrambled egg.

    Homemade chips, our special salsa roja, beans, tinga chicken, over easy egg, onions, queso fresco, and sour cream.
     
  3. AGUACHILE BANDERA
    Trio aguachile (Pickled lime shrimp): Verde, negro & rojo. Avocado, tomato, onions, micro cilantro.
     
  4. TACOS DEL CHEF
    Three veggie tacos, corn tortilla, beans, chorizo de soya, roasted veggies, chimichurri, puré avocado, and carrot chips on top.
     
  5. BENEDICT BIRRIA EGGS
    Biscuit & egg, birria, pico de gallo, lime sour cream, micro cilantro, hash browns, potatoes.
