Parking Instructions
First Time Users

  1. Pull into the facility, park your car, and register using the QR codes located within the facility. If you cannot, just take a picture of the plate and head inside
  2. Scan the validated QR code at any point after they park but before they leave
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to complete vehicle registration if not already achieved; it will prompt them to enter their name, phone number, email address, license plate, and then a credit card (this card will not be charged after claiming the validation, but it is necessary to complete vehicle registration)
  4. After completing registration steps, you'll see a green pop-up saying "validation claimed," confirming you have validated. You can scroll down the main metropolis page to see your subtotal as well. Successfully applied validations will be visible here
  5. Your guest is all set to drive out whenever they'd like for no charge!
 
Returning Users
