The Workforce Innovation Center hosts quarterly convenings for members of the Workforce and Talent Partner Ecosystem across Greater Cincinnati. These gatherings bring together workforce and talent focused nonprofits to connect with peer organizations, exchange ideas, build partnerships, and collaborate to strengthen the region’s workforce.
In 2026, the convenings will center on employer hosted experiences throughout Greater Cincinnati. Employers will share their workforce needs, and partners will explore how to connect those needs to new talent pipelines through the clients and communities they serve. The Q3 convening will take place at CVG Airport.
Attendees will hear from CVG's HR leadership team about in-demand career paths with CVG, opportunities to connect candidates with available roles, partnerships between the airport and the 70+ campus employers, and the role of their programs — including employer-sponsored certification — in addressing broader workforce needs.
The Workforce Innovation Center team will lead a discussion with ecosystem partners to better understand the current state of partnerships with local employers and identify strategies for strengthening them. Attendees will also have the opportunity to share announcements from their organizations to elevate their work and strengthen coordination across the ecosystem. As well as these take-aways:
