YP Block Party on the Banks

Event Purpose:
The purpose of this event is to celebrate the young professionals of Cincinnati, and it also provides us with the opportunity to recognize the leaders of Cincinnati who work to continue to keep young professionals in Cincinnati, Ohio through employment, community impact, and entrepreneurial endeavors.

Why host a Block Party:

• In 2021, we carried out a poll with over 150 young professionals, specialists in employee engagement, and professionals in human resource management.
• Participants in the survey agree, by a margin of 88 percent, that the most significant barrier to successfully attracting and maintaining young professionals in the city of Cincinnati, Ohio is the absence of social events and programs geared specifically for this age group.
• Over the course of the last two years, the entire planet has been subjected to closures and subsequent reopenings. At this moment, all that professionals want to do is be outside.
• The YP Young professionals are given the opportunity to network with local merchants and meet new people at an event called Block Party, all while having a nice time and having some fun.
