New in the Neighborhood
Vincente “Vinny” Benedett, who co-owns Poco Moco Restaurant Group with his wife, Elena, and cousin, Keawe Miller, recently signed a lease to open a second Hawaiian concept, 10th Island Tiki Bar & Grill, at 213 Woodward Street in Over-the-Rhine (OTR). The 1,504-square-foot space is conveniently situated in the expanded Ziegler Park, just steps from both Main Street and the Ziegler Park pool.
A popular East Coast clothing boutique, Bobbles & Lace is opening its first Cincinnati location later this year. Co-owners Amanda Logan-Athmer and Adam Athmer recently signed a lease to open the store at 1209 Vine Street – a 1,240-square-foot space in the heart of OTR’s retail shopping district on Vine. The national clothing brand markets itself as making high fashion affordable, offering items for everyday wear, as well as both formal and professional events, in addition to handbags, jewelry and more.
