The series is taking guests to Cuba with flavors from the Caribbean on May 16. Limited tickets go on sale this Friday, April 18.
Inspired by some of the museum’s favorite giant screen films, OMNIMAX® Dinner Date curates a themed three-course dinner and shows you the techniques to pull it all together. With over 20 OMNIMAX® films to choose from, CMC’s food service partners the SSA Group can find menu inspiration to create a seafood feast, dinner fit for royalty and bites that are out of this world.
OMNIMAX® Dinner Date’s May 16 Cuba: Journey to the Heart of the Caribbean meal promises vibrant flavors from sea-to-table. Across breathtaking landscapes, iridescent reefs teeming with life and streets throbbing with music and dance, the film showcases the vivacious island nation that stirs the imagination of the world. The culinary artists at SSA Group have curated a menu inspired by the flavors, colors and vibrant culture of Cuba.
