Job Description Summary
As part of the Finance and Business Services Marketing (FBSM) team, this position supports FBS campus partners by providing both design and print services. Responsibilities include creating graphic design assets and handling print production tasks. Reporting to the Design and Production Manager, this role collaborates on a range of projects from concept to completion, including printing, finishing, and assisting with graphic installations. Typical projects involve signage, banners, flyers, posters, bookmarks, and a variety of vinyl applications.
Job Description
Duties:
Design:
- Produce high quality branded assets that meet the requirements of Miami Brand guidelines.
- Create marketing materials with a high level of creativity.
- Collaborate effectively within a marketing team to achieve shared project goals.
Print Production:
- Operate a Xerox digital press, large format vinyl printer and other machines.
- Apply printed vinyl to substrates and mounting prints.
- Use ladders and or lifts to install wall vinyl and other graphics.
- Deliver printed materials to various locations on campus.
- Keep an active inventory of all print shop materials.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:

Must be a High School Graduate or have a GED AND At least 1 year of relevant experience in graphic design field and/or print production
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience designing branded marketing and promotional collateral.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and/or print production.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to problem solve when issues arise with equipment.
- Skilled at manual tasks.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design software.
- Comfortable entering projects into invoicing software when completed.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of installing vinyl and printing large format signage.
- Knowledge of Environmental Graphic Design
- Proficient organization and communication skills.
